Job summary

Popeyes in Leander, TX is seeking enthusiastic Team Members to be at the heart of the restaurant, delivering outstanding guest service, preparing delicious items, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for guests and coworkers.

You will join a fast-paced team, support daily operations, and help ensure high quality and timely service. Training is provided, with opportunities for growth within the brand.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a smile and a positive attitude, ensuring they feel welcome
• Take guest orders accurately and operate the cash register efficiently
• Prepare and cook Popeyes signature menu items according to brand standards
• Ensure all food is fresh, properly presented, and delivered in a timely manner
• Maintain restaurant cleanliness, including dining areas, kitchen, restrooms, and exterior
• Stock supplies and keep workstations organized and clean
• Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines at all times
• Collaborate with team members and managers to meet daily operational goals
• Assist with deliveries, inventory, and other back-of-house tasks as needed
• Lift and carry items (up to 30-50 lbs) and stand for extended periods

What You'll Do
