Job summary

Popeyes in Texas is seeking enthusiastic Team Members to join our restaurant team. You will greet guests, take orders at the counter, prepare Popeyes signature items, and help maintain a clean, welcoming dining area while delivering great guest service.

This role operates in a fast-paced environment requiring regular standing, bending, and lifting, with opportunities for growth through leadership development and a supportive team culture. Shifts include nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a smile and a positive attitude, ensuring they feel welcome
• Take guest orders accurately and operate the cash register efficiently
• Prepare and cook Popeyes signature menu items according to brand standards
• Ensure all food is fresh, properly presented, and delivered in a timely manner
• Maintain restaurant cleanliness, including dining areas, kitchen, restrooms, and exterior
• Stock supplies and keep workstations organized and clean
• Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines at all times
• Collaborate with team members and managers to meet daily operational goals
• Assist with deliveries, inventory, and other back-of-house tasks as needed
• Lift and carry items up to 30-50 lbs and stand for extended periods

What You'll Do

This position operates in a restaurant environment. Popeyes staff are frequently exposed to hot equipment, cleaning chemicals, and moderate noise levels. The role requires regular standing, bending, lifting, and reaching.
