Job summary

Popeyes is seeking enthusiastic Team Members in Wisconsin to deliver outstanding guest service, prepare delicious Popeyes items, and help keep the restaurant clean and welcoming for guests and co-workers.

Youll work as part of a friendly team, with on-the-job training provided. This role offers flexible shifts, growth opportunities, and a supportive environment within a well-known brand that values dignity and inclusivity.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous restaurant, retail, or customer service experience is a plus, but training is provided.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

• Willingness to learn and grow with the team.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a smile and a positive attitude, ensuring they feel welcome.
• Take guest orders accurately and operate the cash register efficiently.
• Prepare and cook Popeyes signature menu items according to brand standards.
• Ensure all food is fresh, properly presented, and delivered in a timely manner.
• Maintain restaurant cleanliness, including dining areas, kitchen, restrooms, and exterior.
• Stock supplies and keep workstations organized and clean.
• Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines at all times.
• Collaborate with team members and managers to meet daily operational goals.
• Assist with deliveries, inventory, and other back-of-house tasks as needed.
• Lift and carry items (up to weight as per policy) and stand for extended periods.

What You’ll Do

This position operates in a restaurant environment. Popeyes staff are frequently exposed to hot equipment, cleaning chemicals, and moderate noise levels. The role requires regular standing, bending, lifting, and reaching.
