Job summary

Popeyes in Kentucky is seeking Team Members to deliver guest service, prepare food, and help maintain a positive atmosphere for guests and coworkers.

You will greet guests, take orders, prepare signature items, and ensure cleanliness and timely service. This position offers training, benefits, and opportunities to grow within the team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in restaurant, retail, or customer service is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a smile and a positive attitude, ensuring they feel welcome
• Take guest orders accurately and operate the cash register efficiently
• Prepare and cook Popeyes signature menu items according to brand standards
• Ensure all food is fresh, properly presented, and delivered in a timely manner
• Maintain restaurant cleanliness, including dining areas, kitchen, restrooms, and exterior
• Stock supplies and keep workstations organized and clean
• Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines at all times
• Collaborate with team members and managers to meet daily operational goals
• Assist with deliveries, inventory, and other back-of-house tasks as needed
• Lift and carry items (up to [insert weight, e.g., 30-50 lbs]) and stand for extended periods

This position operates in a restaurant environment. Popeyes staff are frequently exposed to hot equipment, cleaning chemicals, and moderate noise levels. The role requires regular standing, bending, lifting, and reaching.
