Job summary

Popeyes is seeking enthusiastic Team Members to join our fast-paced restaurant team. You will greet guests, take orders, prepare Popeyes signature items, and help create a welcoming atmosphere. This role emphasizes teamwork, safety, and efficient service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Restaurant, retail or customer service experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a smile and a positive attitude.
• Take guest orders accurately and operate the cash register.
• Prepare and cook Popeyes signature menu items according to brand standards.
• Ensure all food is fresh, properly presented, and delivered in a timely manner.
• Maintain restaurant cleanliness, including dining areas, kitchen, restrooms, and exterior.
• Stock supplies and keep workstations organized and clean.
• Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines at all times.
• Collaborate with team members and managers to meet daily operational goals.
• Assist with deliveries, inventory, and other back-of-house tasks as needed.
• Lift and carry items (up to 30-50 lbs) and stand for extended periods

What You'll Do

This position operates in a restaurant environment. Popeyes staff are frequently exposed to hot equipment, cleaning chemicals, and moderate noise levels. The role requires regular standing, bending, lifting, and reaching.
