Job summary

Smoothie King Franchises, Inc. is hiring Team Members to welcome guests, assist with smoothie selections, and drive a fast, friendly service experience. You will ring up orders on the POS, follow dress code and safety standards, and help maintain a clean, inviting store environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to tolerate exposure to a wide variety of products including fruits, dairy and powders while maintaining safety.
• Follow dress code requirements and maintain food safety standards.
• Keep the store clean and organized and operate a blender and POS cashier system.
• Provide excellent guest service and assist guests with product selections.

Essential Job Functions

• Ability to tolerate exposure to a wide variety of fresh, dried and/or frozen products, and powdered substances, including, but not limited to, strawberries, bananas, peanuts, tree nuts (such as almonds), milk, soy, proteins, trains and spices without posing a direct threat to personal health and safety
• Ability to follow procedures and willingness to comply with dress code requirements
• Ability to keep the store clean and follow food safety regulations
• Ability to operate a blender and POS cashier system
• Ability to provide great guest service
