Job summary

Smoothie Sailing LLC is hiring Team Members to be the face of the Smoothie King brand and help Guests meet their health goals by recommending smoothies and retail products. You’ll work in a fast-paced setting, following recipes and delivering a friendly, efficient Guest experience.

This role offers both full-time and part-time schedules with benefits where applicable, plus a base wage with tips and performance-based bonuses.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service preferred.
• Ability to operate a blender and POS cashier system.
• Capable of lifting up to 55 lbs and standing for shifts.
• Adherence to dress code and food safety regulations.

Employer: Smoothie Sailing LLC, an independent Franchisee of Smoothie King Franchises, Inc.

Compensation: $11.00 - $15.00 per hour (Base Wage + Average Tips) + Performance-Based Bonus

Essential Job Functions

• Ability to tolerate exposure to a wide variety of fresh, dried and/or frozen products, and powdered substances, including, but not limited to, strawberries, bananas, peanuts, tree nuts (such as almonds), milk, soy, proteins, and spices without posing a direct threat to personal health and safety


• Ability to follow procedures and willingness to comply with dress code requirements


• Ability to keep the store clean and follow food safety regulations


• Ability to operate a blender and POS cashier system


• Ability to move boxes, weighing up to 55 lbs throughout the store


• Ability to position self to bend, reach, and scoop through assigned shifts


• Ability to be mobile in walk-in refrigerator and freezer with temperatures ranging from 40° F to -10° F

We offer both full-time and part-time positions based on your availability. Part-time vs. full-time with benefits will be dependent on working 30+ hours per week.
