Job summary

Nippon Sanso Matheson’s Continental Carbonic Products division is hiring Team Members for the Brookhaven, MS plant. This position supports productivity, quality and safety on a 12-hour shift (7AM-7PM or 7PM-7AM), working every other weekend and scheduled holidays.

Responsibilities include packing, wrapping, and labeling dry ice to customer specs; shoveling and packaging during manufacturing; and safe forklift operation.

JOB TITLE – TEAM MEMBER NIGHTS $19.00 to $21.00 per hour

Nippon Sanso Matheson’s Continental Carbonic Products division specializesin the manufacture and distribution of dry ice and liquid carbon dioxide.Continental Carbonic maintains a reliable network of40 dry icedistribution facilities located strategically throughout its service area. Thisintegrated distribution network ensures that Continental Carbonic can quicklyreact to customers' needs.

We are looking forTeam Members for our manufacturingplant in Brookhaven, MS. Our Team Members are responsible forproviding support to achieve optimal levels of productivity, quality, andsafety. This position is a 12 hour shift from either 7AM-7PM or 7PM-7AM,working every other weekend and scheduled holidays

• Packing and wrapping ice to customer specifics
• Shoveling and packaging dry ice during the manufacturing process - Labeling, strapping, and staging of dry ice for loading
• Cleaning and sanitizing large industrial containers
• Safe forklift operation
• Will be required to move from one department to another or to be moved to and from positions/stations as directed by supervisor and leads.

• Able to frequently/continually lift 30lbs while twisting, reaching and bending
• Able to stand for a 12-hour shift in non-climate-controlled environment
• Demonstrated ability to work on a team
• Attention to detail with a focus on quality
• Performs other duties as assigned
• Complies with all policies and standards

QUALIFICATIONS
Experience required/ Preferred 1-3 years Desired Food safety experience

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Ability to Speak UP and do what is right, andhave the ability to watch out for others and help instead of watch others work.Ability to follow directions, to be at work on time, understand and follow safework practices.
