Nippon Sanso Matheson operates a Brookhaven, MS facility focusing on dry ice and liquid carbon dioxide. We are seeking Team Members to support productivity, quality, and safety on 12-hour shifts, with every other weekend and scheduled holidays.

Responsibilities include packing, dry ice handling, cleaning, forklift operation, and flexible deployment among departments as directed by supervision.

Formación

• Experience required/ Preferred 1–3 years; food safety experience desired.
• Ability to speak up, watch out for others, and follow safety practices.
• Must follow directions and be punctual.

JOB TITLE - TEAM MEMBER

Matheson's Continental Carbonic Products division specializes in the manufacture and distribution of dry ice and liquid carbon dioxide. Continental Carbonic maintains a reliable network of 40 dry ice distribution facilities located strategically throughout its service area. This integrated distribution network ensures that Continental Carbonic can quickly react to customers' needs. We are looking for Team Members for our manufacturing plant in Brookhaven, MS. Our Team Members are responsible for providing support to achieve optimal levels of productivity, quality, and safety. This position is a 12 hour shift from either 7AM-7PM or 7PM-7AM, working every other weekend and scheduled holidays.

• Packing and wrapping ice to customer specifics
• Shoveling and packaging dry ice during the manufacturing process - Labeling, strapping, and staging of dry ice for loading
• Cleaning and sanitizing large industrial containers
• Safe forklift operation
• Will be required to move from one department to another or to be moved to and from positions/stations as directed by supervisor and leads.

• Able to frequently/continually lift 30lbs while twisting, reaching and bending
• Able to stand for a 12-hour shift in non-climate-controlled environment
• Demonstrated ability to work on a team

QUALIFICATIONS

Experience required/ Preferred 1-3 years Desired Food safety experience.
