You’ll be walking job sites, checking for quality control, and making sure equipment and vehicles are maintained.o The team is a unit and works together to keep things organized. You’ll keep yourself and your fellow crew members organized and responsibly on task.o The team looks to you for support. You find solutions for issues that come up. And you make sure that team leads are aware of what's happening on the properties.o You will help to keep the team on schedule while not sacrificing quality and ensure everything is wrapped up and set to go for the next day.Benefits & PayThe beginning pay range for this position is $16.00 to $18.00 per hour and is dependent on your experience and performance as a lawn care or landscaping management professional. We expect our team leads to hold themselves to high standards both personally and professionally.Job Requirements for Advanced Landscape Technician· Prior experience in the landscaping, lawn service, or similar service industries will be critical in order to be a productive part of our team. We aren't talking about having mowed your uncle's yard once or twice.
