Your Responsibilities as our Landscape Field Manager/Team Lead (including but not limited to)

• You are quite literally the boots on the ground. You’ll be walking job sites, checking for quality control, and making sure equipment and vehicles are maintained.
• The team is a unit and works together to keep things organized. You’ll keep yourself and your fellow crew members organized and responsibly on task.
• The team looks to you for support. You find solutions for issues that come up. And you make sure that team members are aware of what\'s happening on the properties.
• You will help to keep the team on schedule while not sacrificing quality and ensure everything is wrapped up and set to go for the next day.
• Simply put, you make sure the schedule, the materials, the equipment, your team members and the satisfaction of our customers is MANAGED.

Benefits & Pay

The beginning pay range for this position is $20.00 to $25.00 per hour and is dependent on your experience and performance as a lawn care or landscaping management professional. Pay is weekly and raise considerations begin at 30 days of employment with consistently satisfactory work.

Job Requirements

• Prior experience in the landscaping, lawn service, or similar service industries will be critical in order to be a productive part of our team. We aren\'t talking about having mowed your uncle\'s yard once or twice. We are looking for an individual who KNOWS the industry, has management level experience, can operate the equipment appropriately and safely, and is dedicated to detail. We are seeking someone who has a proven track record for scheduling, ordering supplies, maintaining equipment, being positive when things feel negative, guiding and instructing a team in a firm but caring manner, and is highly proficient in quality control for both residential and commercial properties.
• In addition, there are a few minimum requirements that are necessary to be considered for this position.
• Clean driving history with experience driving a trailer and a clean background check
• Current, valid driver\'s license and reliable vehicle to travel to the main office daily
• Citizen of the United States
• At this time, we are specifically looking for highly responsible individual\'s 21+ years of age with prior PROFESSIONAL landscaping experience and extreme attention to detail.
