Duties and Responsibilities:

• Ethics and Values: Foster teamwork and ring up orders while handling payments.
• Guest Focus: Ensure a positive product and guest service experience, meeting guests' needs when smoothies are ordered.
• Perseverance: Complete daily checklist duties, accept feedback from Shift Leads or Managers, and approach tasks positively.
• Time Management: Be punctual and manage personal life to not interfere with work schedule.

Essential Job Functions:

• Handle exposure to various fresh, dried, frozen products, and powders safely.
• Follow procedures and dress code requirements.
• Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards.
• Operate blenders and POS cashier systems.
• Provide excellent guest service.
