Job Purpose: Our Team Members make it happen! They are the face of our business and the Smoothie King Brand. They help Guests meet their fitness and nutrition goals by assisting in selecting smoothies and retail products that inspire a healthy and active lifestyle.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Ethics and Values: Foster an environment of teamwork; ring up orders and handle payments.
• Guest Focus: Responsible for product and Guest Service experience; ensure Guests’ purposes are met when smoothies are ordered.
• Perseverance: Complete daily checklist duties; be open to feedback from Shift Leads and Managers; approach tasks with a positive attitude.
• Time Management: Be punctual; balance personal life without interference to work schedule.

Essential Job Functions:
