Job summary

Moe's Belle Meade is seeking a Team Member to contribute to a fun, fast-paced environment and deliver Moe's Fresh experience to guests. You will help provide high-quality customer service while enjoying opportunities for career growth and advancement.

The position is full-time or part-time with various shifts. Pay ranges from $10 to $17 per hour, with tips and shift meals included, plus free chips and salsa with every meal.

Qualifications

• The Moe's Team Member is responsible for providing excellent customer service to our guests. Our customers are our number one priority, and if you feel the same way, you are guaranteed to succeed with Moe's.
• As the Team Member, some of your responsibilities may be to:
• Interact with customers in a pleasant and up-beat fashion
• Be punctual, attentive to detail, friendly, willing to learn, reliable, and, above all, honest
• Maintain a neat and clean appearance
• Follow food safety procedures
• Maintain a safe working condition
• Anticipate and identify problems and help find solutions
• Follow the direction of the Shift Supervisor and/or Moe's manager
