Job summary

Moe's Southwest Grill is seeking a Crew Member to serve guests fresh food in a clean environment and maintain Moe’s high standards of quality and safety.

You will be part of a welcoming team, receive shift meals and discounts, and have opportunities to grow within the company. This entry-level role requires at least 16 years of age and physical ability to work around a warm kitchen and equipment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Must have a valid work permit (if required by law).
• Ability to perform basic addition and subtraction and make correct change.
• Ability to lift up to 50-lb. boxes of product.
• Ability to work in a warm environment (grills, fryer) and react to timers.
• Ability to stand up to 4 hours at a time.
• Ability to operate the mixer for specific recipes.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a welcoming smile and positive tone.
• Serve high-quality products following Moe’s recipe standards.
• Set up, stock, clean, and breakdown work areas as needed.
• Maintain clean utensils, equipment, walls and floors.
• Uphold personal appearance and display professionalism.
• Follow sanitation, safety and security policies and procedures.
