Job summary

Pilot Company in Midland, TX is hiring for a guest-focused team member to provide fast, friendly, and clean service at our travel center. You will handle sales, assist guests from drivers to travelers, and contribute to a welcoming environment.

This role supports multiple positions across our travel centers and restaurants, with weekly pay and benefits including health plans and paid time off.

Pay Rates Starting between: $13.50 - $18.18 / hour
