Express Wash Concepts’ Flying Ace Express Car Wash in Huber Heights, OH is hiring part-time Team Members to deliver fast, friendly service and promote unlimited wash memberships. You’ll greet customers, upsell packages, process transactions at the POS, and help teammates maintain a clean, safe car wash site.

Your workday will also consist of, but not be limited to:* Educating our customers on the benefits of our Unlimited Wash Club* Greet and exceed customer expectations through long-lasting first impressions.* Actively engage with customers pre/post wash to ensure 100% satisfaction.* Maintain quality assurance through accurate Quality Control checks.* Comply with all safety protocols and standard operating procedures.* Properly address all customer escalations in a calm and collected manner.* Understand and operate basic functional retail equipment (computer, POS, etc.)* Pitch our membership when interacting with new customers.* Learn the wash process and equipment to expand the knowledgebase.* Perform other related duties as required and assigned.**What You'll Need to Shine*** High school diploma or equivalent, or current enrollment.* Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.* Stand and move throughout the site for the entire shift in a fast-paced environment.* Work outdoors in all weather conditions.* Lift up to 25 lbs. consistently and up to 50 lbs. occasionally.* Positive attitude, willingness to take direction, and a professional appearance.* Follow safety guidelines and wear the required safety equipment.Express Wash Concepts provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, gender identity, sexual orientation, or genetics.At Express Wash Concepts (EWC), our rapid growth is creating exciting new opportunities - and we're looking for talented, motivated individuals to join our team.
