Express Wash Concepts is hiring at Flying Ace Express Car Wash in Cincinnati, OH. The Team Member role focuses on exceptional customer service and selling unlimited wash club memberships while supporting daily operations.

Starting pay is $15.00/hour with opportunities for advancement. Candidates must be able to work weekends, stand for long periods, and lift up to 50 lbs as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent or current enrollment.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends.
• Stand and move throughout the site in a fast-paced environment.
• Work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Lift up to 25 lbs consistently and up to 50 lbs occasionally.
• Follow safety guidelines and wear safety equipment.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on the benefits of our Unlimited Wash Club.
• Greet and exceed customer expectations with strong first impressions.
• Actively engage with customers pre/post wash to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain quality assurance through accurate Quality Control checks.
• Address escalations calmly and professionally.
• Operate basic retail equipment (POS) and related systems.
• Pitch membership to new customers during interactions.
• Learn the wash process and equipment to expand knowledge base.
• Perform related duties as required and assigned.
