Job summary

Express Wash Concepts LLC is hiring for a Team Member in Dayton, OH. Starting pay is $15.00 per hour with opportunities to advance through a clear growth path within the company.

You will educate customers on Unlimited Wash Club benefits, greet and exceed expectations, and engage with customers throughout the wash process to ensure 100% satisfaction and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Strong communication and customer service skills are important.
• Ability to greet customers, explain benefits and upsell memberships.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on the Unlimited Wash Club benefits.
• Greet customers and exceed expectations with first impressions.
• Engage with customers pre/post wash to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain quality through basic Quality Control checks and safety procedures.
• Address escalations calmly and follow SOPs.
• Operate basic retail equipment (POS) and process sales.
• Pitch memberships to new customers.
• Learn the wash process and equipment to expand knowledge.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Where Clean Cars Begin: Your Role As a Team member

• Educating our customers on the benefits of our Unlimited Wash Club
• Greet and exceed customer expectations through long-lasting first impressions.
• Actively engage with customers pre/post wash to ensure 100% satisfaction.
• Maintain quality assurance through accurate Quality Control checks.
• Comply with all safety protocols and standard operating procedures.
• Properly address all customer escalations in a calm and collected manner.
• Understand and operate basic functional retail equipment (computer, POS, etc.)
• Pitch our membership when interacting with new customers.
• Learn the wash process and equipment to expand the knowledgebase.
• Perform other related duties as required and assigned.

What You’ll Need to Shine

• High school diploma or equivalent, or current enrollment.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
• Stand and move throughout the site for the entire shift in a fast-paced environment.
• Work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Lift up to 25 lbs. consistently and up to 50 lbs. occasionally.
• Positive attitude, willingness to take direction, and a professional appearance.
• Follow safety guidelines and wear the required safety equipment.
