Express Wash Concepts is hiring team members for the Cincinnati area to deliver outstanding customer service and promote monthly Unlimited Wash Club memberships. You will engage customers, upsell packages, and help ensure a fast, friendly car wash experience.

Role emphasizes safety, quality checks, and ability to work outdoors in various weather. Training and advancement opportunities are available within a growing national brand.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
• Stand and move throughout the site for the entire shift in a fast-paced environment.
• Work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Lift up to 25 lbs. consistently and up to 50 lbs. occasionally.
• Positive attitude, willingness to take direction, and a professional appearance.
• Follow safety guidelines and wear the required safety equipment.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on the benefits of the Unlimited Wash Club.
• Greet and exceed customer expectations through strong first impressions.
• Upsell memberships and products to new and existing customers.
• Maintain quality through accurate Quality Control checks.
• Address customer escalations calmly and effectively.
• Operate basic retail equipment (computer, POS).
• Learn wash process and equipment to expand knowledge base.

Where Clean Cars Begin: Your Role

As a Team member, you will focus on providing exceptional customer service and focus sales efforts by engaging potential customers and presenting monthly unlimited car wash packages and upselling products to existing customers! Your workday will also consist of, but not be limited to:

• Educating our customers on the benefits of our Unlimited Wash Club
• Greet and exceed customer expectations through long-lasting first impressions.
• Actively engage with customers pre/post wash to ensure 100% satisfaction.
• Maintain quality assurance through accurate Quality Control checks.
• Comply with all safety protocols and standard operating procedures.
• Properly address all customer escalations in a calm and collected manner.
• Understand and operate basic functional retail equipment (computer, POS, etc.)
• Pitch our membership when interacting with new customers.
• Learn the wash process and equipment to expand the knowledgebase.
• Perform other related duties as required and assigned.
