Job summary

Jersey Mike’s Traverse is seeking Crew Members to join a team that serves fresh subs and delivers friendly, efficient service. You’ll help prepare subs, greet guests, and keep the dining area clean, safe, and inviting.

No prior restaurant experience is required; we value a positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn. Training is provided, with opportunities for growth and flexible scheduling in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant or customer service experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Preparing fresh, high-quality subs and menu items according to Jersey Mike’s standards
• Providing friendly, personalized service and creating a welcoming experience for every customer
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and inviting restaurant environment
• Following food safety, sanitation, and quality standards
• Learning all areas of restaurant operations, including food preparation, customer service, and teamwork
• Creating positive interactions with customers through genuine conversation and Jersey Mike’s neighborly banter
• Working with urgency while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
• Supporting teammates and contributing to a positive restaurant culture
