Jersey Mike’s Subs is hiring a Crew Member to greet customers, take orders, and prepare delicious subs to order while keeping the store clean and welcoming. You’ll be part of a fast-paced team that thrives on delivering a great guest experience and adhering to Jersey Mike’s quality standards.

Qualifications

• Friendly, customer-service oriented attitude.

• Basic math and cash-handling abilities.

• Must be 18 years of age or older to slice in store.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and provide outstanding service throughout their visit.
• Take accurate orders and process payments using the POS system.
• Prepare and assemble cold and hot subs to customer specifications, following Jersey Mike’s quality standards.
• Handle food safely and follow sanitation and safety guidelines at all times.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in workstations, dining areas, and restrooms.
• Restock ingredients, supplies, and other operational items as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations, especially during busy periods.
• Uphold Jersey Mike’s standards for restaurant presentation and service excellence.
