Job summary

Potbelly Sandwich Shop in Fort Collins, CO is hiring friendly Team Members to open the shop, prep food and serve customers in a fast-paced environment. You’ll contribute to an energetic, welcoming atmosphere with a focus on quality and consistency.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 16.
• Friendly, customer-first mindset for fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable working in a bustling kitchen environment.
• Able to manage allergens: peanut products, egg, dairy, gluten, soy, seafood and shellfish.

Responsibilities

• Work multiple stations as directed by a Shift Leader or Manager.
• Comply with health and safety standards for food, cleanliness and safety.
• Restock food line, chips and cooler.
• Prepare sandwiches, salads, soups, cookies, ice cream, etc. efficiently.
• If 18 or older, use of the automatic slicer to prep food items.
• Clean tables, counters, floors, bathrooms, kitchen and utensils; take out trash.
• Operate cash register and handle cash procedures.
• Handle customer complaints/issues effectively.
• Take delivery/catering/pickup orders over the phone.
• Other duties as assigned.
