Job summary

Skyline Chili, LLC is seeking energetic Team Members for Part-Time or Full-Time roles in Indiana. Team Members will provide Skyline Time service to guests in a friendly, safe, and clean manner, with cross-training across Server, Drive-Thru, and Production duties where needed.

Positions require strong customer service, the ability to communicate orders clearly, and a willingness to assist in all duties to ensure a positive guest experience.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age and have any required documents.
• Previous restaurant experience is a plus but not required.
• Good reading, writing, math and basic computer skills.
• Outgoing and willing to serve the public in a positive manner.

Responsibilities

• Provide dining room and/or counter service and take/fulfill orders.
• Assist in drive-thru service, deliver beverages and food, and handle payments.
• Prepare food items quickly according to standard recipes and coordinate with team members.
