Job summary

Skyline Chili, LLC is hiring Team Members in Independence for part-time or full-time roles. Team Members provide Skyline Time service to guests in an enthusiastic and friendly manner and may be cross-trained across Server, Drive-Thru, and Production duties.

Positions require ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs, and follow health and safety policies. Previous restaurant experience is a plus but not required. Flexible scheduling available.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age and possess all documents and permits required by law.

Responsibilities

• Server duties include dining room and/or counter service and relaying orders to Production Team Members.
• Drive-Thru duties include taking and ringing in orders, delivering beverages and food, and handling cash.
• Production duties involve preparing food orders quickly following standard recipes and coordinating with other team members.
