Job summary

Skyline Chili is hiring for part-time or full-time positions in the Cincinnati area. Team Members provide Skyline Time service in a friendly, enthusiastic manner and may be cross-trained in Server, Drive-Thru or Production duties.

Typical duties include taking orders, delivering beverages, preparing food, handling cash, and ensuring timely, high-quality service while following health and safety policies. Must be at least 16 and have some restaurant experience is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age and possess all documents and permits required by law.
• Previous restaurant experience is a plus but not required.
• Cross-training in Server, Drive-Thru and Production duties is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Server duties: dining room/counter service, take orders, deliver beverages, prepare items, clear tables.
• Drive-Thru duties: ring orders, ensure proper prep, bag items, handle cash.
• Production duties: prepare food quickly per standard recipes and coordinate with team.
