Job summary

Live! Casino Hotel in Greensburg, PA, is seeking a Team Member Engagement Specialist to support the development, promotion, communication, and execution of high-impact initiatives focused on team member engagement, retention and recruitment.

You will coordinate engagement programs with the property HR team, plan events, manage communications, train contacts on centralized platforms, and ensure alignment with organizational standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in communications or related field.
• Ability to comply with state gaming regulations, which may include obtaining a license.

Responsibilities

• Support property HR in communications, team member engagement, DEI initiatives, event planning and all recognition and reward programs.
• Coordinate engagement initiatives with property HRCG partners cross enterprise.
• Plan, coordinate, develop, produce, print and deliver team member communications and events.
• Assist in developing and coordinating the engagement and communications calendar for timely messages.
• Oversee communication, recognition and rewards platforms to ensure alignment with standards.
• Train property contacts on centralized communication platforms and liaise with vendors.
• Perform general clerical and administrative duties.
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
