Job summary

Continental Carbonic in Beatrice, NE is seeking Team Members for our manufacturing plant to support productivity, quality and safety on 12-hour shifts, 7 AM–7 PM or 7 PM–7 AM, with every other weekend and scheduled holidays.

The role includes packing ice, shoveling dry ice during production, labeling, forklift operation, and occasional department transfers under supervision, with emphasis on teamwork, reliability, and adherence to safety standards.

Qualifications

• Experience required: 1–3 years with food safety experience.
• Ability to follow directions and work safely in a plant environment.
• Reliable, punctual and able to work extended shifts.

Responsibilities

• Pack and wrap ice according to customer specifications.
• Shovel and package dry ice during production, label and stage for loading.
• Clean and sanitize large industrial containers.
• Operate forklift safely.
• Move between departments as directed by supervisor.

JOB TITLE - TEAM MEMBER

The Company's division specializes in the manufacture and distribution of dry ice and liquid carbon dioxide. Continental Carbonic maintains a reliable network of 40 dry ice distribution facilities located strategically throughout its service area. This integrated distribution network ensures that Continental Carbonic can quickly react to customers' needs. We are looking for Team Members for our manufacturing plant in Beatrice, NE. Our Team Members are responsible for providing support to achieve optimal levels of productivity, quality, and safety. This position is a 12 hour shift from either 7AM-7PM or 7PM-7AM, working every other weekend and scheduled holidays.

• Packing and wrapping ice to customer specifics
• Shoveling and packaging dry ice during the manufacturing process - Labeling, strapping, and staging of dry ice for loading
• Cleaning and sanitizing large industrial containers
• Safe forklift operation
• Will be required to move from one department to another or to be moved to and from positions/stations as directed by supervisor and leads.
