Dunkin' is seeking Crew Members to join our team in a fast-paced Dunkin' environment. You will prepare products according to Brand standards and deliver friendly guest experiences, working as part of a supportive team.

You will learn and perform multiple tasks, operate POS systems, and contribute to a clean, efficient store that provides competitive pay and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English is required.
• Basic computer skills helpful for everyday tasks.
• Able to count money and give accurate change.
• Capable of operating restaurant equipment and following safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Provide great guest service in a fast-paced environment.
• Resolve guest issues and maintain brand standards, recipes, and systems.
• Handle POS transactions and payments with accuracy.

They prepare products according to operational and quality standards and serve them with enthusiasm in a clean, fast paced environment. They work as part of a team to meet our Guests’ needs and give them a reason to come back.

Responsibilities:
