Job summary

Imagine- Exhibitions, Inc is seeking a friendly Exhibit & Retail Operations Team Member for the King Tut exhibition. You will rotate through gift shop sales, ticketing, and photo station duties while delivering exceptional guest service in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, answering questions, processing purchases, stocking displays, and upholding safety and loss prevention protocols. Weekend/evening shifts required with accommodations for religion.

Position Scope:

As an Exhibit & Retail Operations Team Member for the exhibition and show, your primary responsibility is to consistently deliver exceptional guest service to all visitors. You will rotate through various roles, including retail sales in the gift shop, assisting guests at the ticketing center, engaging visitors at the photo station, and ensuring adherence to safety protocols while operating the attraction. This position requires a friendly attitude, strong communication skills, and a commitment to creating a positive and memorable experience for every guest.

• Sales experience in a retail and/or customer service-oriented environment preferred.
• Previous experience in a fast-paced or high-volume setting is a plus.
• Experience handling cash and basic financial transactions is helpful.
• Experience in acting as a safety ambassador.
• Background in team-based work environments preferred.

Physical and Mental Requirements:

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment with high guest traffic.
• Ability to stock merchandise and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods.

• Clear verbal communication skills and ability to interact with guests and staff effectively.
• Capability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English or other languages as required for job duties and safety requirements.
