Job summary

White Castle is hiring team members in Lexington, KY, to support guests with fast, friendly service at the counter and drive-thru. You’ll learn everything needed on the job, from cash handling to food preparation and sanitation, in a high-energy, supportive setting.

We offer weekly pay and a base rate with room to advance based on experience and performance. This is an entry-level role with opportunities for growth and benefits across locations.

Qualifications

• Must love to smile, laugh & have fun!
• Ability to stand for up to 8 hours during a shift & lift 30-50lbs repeatedly
• Enjoy working in a high energy, fast paced environment
• Must be at least 16 years of age at the time of hire

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service at the counter and drive-thru
• Operate the cash register
• Prepare orders and maintain sanitation
• Work the fryer/griddle and assist with other duties as needed
