Job summary

White Castle is hiring team members to deliver friendly customer service at the counter and drive-thru. You’ll operate the cash register, prepare orders, and maintain sanitation while working in a fast-paced environment.

No prior experience is required; we’ll teach you everything you need to know. This fourth-generation family business emphasizes safety, teamwork, and growth opportunities within a long-standing, celebrated brand.

Qualifications

• Must love to smile, laugh & have fun!
• Ability to stand for up to 8 hours during a shift & lift 30-50lbs repeatedly
• Enjoy working in a high energy, fast paced environment
• Promote and drive the White Castle initiatives and increase brand loyalty
• Must be a good person, a team player, and treat others with care and respect
• Must be at least 16 years of age at the time of hire
