Job summary

Tim Hortons (US) is seeking a motivated, responsible Team Member to join our liquor store team. The ideal candidate will assist customers in selecting products, ensure compliance with state alcohol laws, maintain store cleanliness, and support smooth day-to-day operations.

You will greet customers, check IDs, operate the POS, stock inventory, create displays, prevent theft, and follow all safety and cash-handling policies while supporting teammates.

• Operate the POS system accurately to process sales, refunds, and voids.
• Maintain product knowledge of wine, spirits, and beer to make recommendations.
• Receive, stock, and rotate inventory to ensure freshness and proper display.
• Keep store clean, organized, and well-presented at all times.
• Assist in creating product displays and promotional signage.
• Monitor for theft or suspicious activity and report concerns to management.
• Follow all cash-handling, safety, and compliance policies.
• Support team members and management with additional store duties as needed.
