Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers is seeking Team Members to welcome guests, take orders, and assist in preparing frozen custard treats in a fast-paced, friendly environment.

You will handle cash or card transactions, maintain a clean front counter, and contribute to great guest experiences. Flexible, part- or full-time hours are available to fit your schedule.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment preferred.
• Able to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks during shifts.
• Able to handle cash or card transactions accurately.
• Flexible hours including weekends may be required.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a friendly, welcoming attitude at the front counter.
• Take orders accurately and process payments quickly.
• Scoop, dip, and build frozen custard treats to order.
• Bag and stage orders for accuracy and speed.
• Maintain a clean, stocked front counter and dining area.
• Answer menu questions and suggest items to guests.
• Assist in basic kitchen prep when needed; teamwork is essential.

Freddy's is looking for Team Members - ColdLine (Cashier, Bagger and Custard Maker) - to deliver a unique mix of fun, great food, and honest hospitality.

You will be the face of Freddy’s by welcoming guests, taking orders, and ensuring each guest has a great experience. As part of the Freddy’s team, you will help ensure accuracy, quality, and speed so every guest leaves satisfied.

A Day on the Cold Line

This is fast-paced, guest-facing work, and every shift looks a little different depending on where the team needs you. You'll:

• Greet every guest with a smile and take their order at the register
• Handle cash and card transactions quickly and accurately
• Scoop, dip, and build frozen custard treats — concretes, shakes, sundaes — to order
• Bag and stage orders so they're accurate and ready the moment they're called
• Keep the front counter, dining room, and custard station clean and stocked throughout the shift
• Answer questions about the menu and make suggestions that keep guests happy
• Jump in on kitchen prep, dish, or trash when the team needs an extra hand — no task is \someone else's job\ here

Requirements:

• Must be at least 16 years or older

Must be okay with:

• Working in a fast-paced restaurant environment
• Standing, walking, and performing repetitive tasks during scheduled shifts
• Taking guest orders and handling cash or card transactions accurately
• Preparing frozen custard treats and beverages
• Maintaining a clean dining room, front counter, and work area
• Lifting and carrying up to 30-40 pounds
