Kaleo Hospitality’s Freddy’s locations are hiring Restaurant Team Members for the HotLine. You’ll help with grilling, food prep, and delivering great hospitality in a fast-paced kitchen, while learning and growing with a friendly team.

Responsibilities

• Hand-press and grill Steakburgers to order on the flat-top griddle.
• Fry and season shoestring fries for freshness.
• Build burgers and sandwiches to spec with accurate tickets.
• Keep the line stocked with toppings, buns, and proteins.
• Call out and time orders so meals land hot and on point.
• Wash dishes, handle prep, and assist when needed.
• Clean and reset stations to maintain safety and sanitation.
• Work with the team during rushes; no task is 'someone else\'s job'.

you learn the art of handcrafting the Freddy’s Steakburger. You are a member of the highly talented team that ensures each tasty menu offering is cooked to perfection.As you showcase your skills in the Freddy’s cooked-to-order kitchen, you see to it that quality, accuracy, and timeliness are part of every guest’s visit.

A Day on the HotLine

This is hands-on, fast-paced kitchen work, and every shift looks a little different depending on where the team needs you. You'll:

• Hand-press and grill Steakburgers to order, right on the flat-top griddle
• Fry and season our signature shoestring fries in small batches for freshness
• Build burgers and sandwiches to spec, checking each ticket for accuracy
• Keep the line stocked - toppings, buns, proteins - so service never slows down
• Call out and time orders so everything lands hot and on point with the rest of the kitchen
• Wash dishes, take out trash, and handle prep work whenever the kitchen needs an extra hand
• Clean and reset stations throughout the shift to keep things safe and sanitary
• Work shoulder-to-shoulder with your team during rushes, jumping in wherever the kitchen needs help - no task is "someone else's job"

Requirements:

• Must be at least 16 years or older

Must be okay with:

• Working around hot grills, fryers, and hot grease
• Exposure to steam, heat and cooking equipment
• Standing, walking, and performing repetitive tasks during scheduled shifts
• Lifting and carrying up to 30-40 pounds
• Maintaining focus and efficiency during busy service periods
