Job summary

Express Wash Concepts is looking for team members to deliver exceptional customer service, help customers choose Unlimited Wash Club options, and upsell products. You will engage customers pre/post wash, ensure satisfaction, and follow safety and quality procedures.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or retail preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to upsell products and services.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends.
• Basic computer/ POS operation and cash handling skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and greet customers.
• Present Monthly Unlimited Wash Club and upsell packages.
• Educate customers on benefits of Unlimited Wash Club.
• Maintain high quality and accurate Quality Control checks.
• Address customer escalations calmly and professionally.
• Operate POS and basic retail equipment; follow safety SOPs.
