Job summary

Express Wash Concepts LLC is hiring for a Team Member at our car wash location in New Kensington, PA. Starting pay is $15.00 per hour with opportunities to advance and succeed.

The role includes greeting customers, explaining the Unlimited Wash Club, and ensuring 100% satisfaction while following safety protocols. We offer continual training, recognition programs, and employee perks like an Unlimited Wash Club membership, discounts, uniforms, and paid vacation per the employee manual.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent, or current enrollment.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
• Stand and move throughout the site for the entire shift in a fast-paced environment.
• Work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Lift up to 25 lbs. consistently and up to 50 lbs. occasionally.
• Positive attitude, willingness to take direction, and a professional appearance.
• Follow safety guidelines and wear the required safety equipment.

Responsibilities

• Educating our customers on the benefits of our Unlimited Wash Club.
• Greet and exceed customer expectations through long-lasting first impressions.
• Actively engage with customers pre/post wash to ensure 100% satisfaction.
• Maintain quality assurance through accurate Quality Control checks.
• Comply with all safety protocols and standard operating procedures.
• Properly address all customer escalations in a calm and collected manner.
• Understand and operate basic functional retail equipment (computer, POS, etc.)
• Pitch our membership when interacting with new customers.
• Learn the wash process and equipment to expand the knowledgebase.
• Perform other related duties as required and assigned.
