Job summary

Express Wash Concepts LLC is seeking team members to deliver outstanding customer service at our Clean Express Auto Wash location in Leetsdale, PA. Start at $15.00/hour with opportunities for advancement as you learn our Unlimited Wash Club and other offerings.

You will greet customers, promote memberships, upsell products, and maintain accuracy in quality checks while following safety protocols in a fast-paced outdoor setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
• Lift up to 25 lbs and work outdoors in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on Unlimited Wash Club benefits.
• Greet customers and exceed expectations with a strong first impression.
• Engage with customers pre/post wash to ensure 100% satisfaction.
• Maintain quality checks and safety protocols.
• Address customer escalations calmly and professionally.
• Learn wash process and equipment to answer questions from customers.
• Upsell monthly packages and related products to customers.
