Job summary

Express Wash Concepts in Cleveland, Ohio, is seeking a Team Leader to support site operations, boost customer service, and drive sales growth while upholding quality standards.

You will lead a small team, greet customers, educate about Unlimited Wash Club, and coordinate daily workflow. We offer training, 401k with up to 4%, paid vacation, uniforms, and educational reimbursement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
