Job summary

Express Wash Concepts LLC is hiring at Clean Express Auto Wash in Livonia, MI for Team Member. You will provide outstanding customer service, present monthly unlimited wash packages, and upsell products to customers to grow membership.

Role requires standing throughout shifts, working outdoors in all weather, and lifting up to 25 lb. No prior experience needed—training and advancement are provided as you grow with the team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent, or current enrollment.
• Flexible hours, including weekends.
• Stand and move throughout the site for long shifts.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Professional appearance and safety compliance.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on benefits of Unlimited Wash Club.
• Greet customers and exceed expectations with a positive first impression.
• Engage with customers pre/post wash to ensure satisfaction.
• Perform quality checks and follow safety procedures.
• Address escalations calmly and professionally.
• Operate POS and process memberships.
• Learn wash processes and equipment to expand knowledge.
• Perform other duties as required.
