Job summary

Burger King Team Member in Rio Rancho, NM is responsible for providing exceptional guest service while working closely with Restaurant Managers and fellow Team Members to maintain standards. You will take orders, process payments, and help keep the dining area clean and welcoming.

Under the direction of shift managers, you will learn all areas of restaurant operations, flexibly covering evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed, and ensuring safety and grooming policies are followed.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to interact in a positive and professional manner with guests and coworkers.
• Willingness to learn all areas of restaurant operations and work multiple stations.

A Burger King Team Member is responsible for providing exceptional guest service while working closely with the Restaurant Managers and other Team Members to maintain operational standards and procedures. This position operates under the direction of the General Manager, Assistant Managers, and Shift Managers. This position has direct interactions with Guests and members of the field operations team.
