Chick-fil-A North Mount Pleasant is hiring for a Back-of-House Team Member to join a welcoming, fast-paced kitchen team in Mount Pleasant, SC. No prior experience required; training and growth are emphasized as part of a people-focused environment.

You will support the kitchen, prepare orders quickly and accurately, and help ensure guests leave satisfied. A positive attitude and reliability are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age upon hire date
• Must be eligible to work in the United States
• Must have a source of reliable transportation
• Reading, writing, and basic math and verbal communication skills required
• Ability to handle all cooking equipment, pans, navigating shelving both high and low
• Lift up to 30 lbs
• Willingness to learn and a positive attitude
• Must work well under pressure
• Work in a high volume, fast paced environment
