Job summary

Chick-fil-A North Mount Pleasant is seeking a Back-of-House Team Member to assist the kitchen crew, prepare food orders quickly and accurately, and help ensure guests depart with a smile.

No prior experience is required, and we offer tuition-free college through the University of the Cumberlands online platform, plus flexible scheduling, Sundays closed, free employee meals, and competitive pay in a team-friendly environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age upon hire date
• Must be eligible to work in the United States
• Must have a source of reliable transportation
• Reading, writing, and basic math and verbal communication skills required
• Ability to handle all cooking equipment, pans, navigating shelving both high and low
• Lift up to 30 lbs
• Willingness to learn and a positive attitude
• Must work well under pressure
• Work in a high volume, fast paced environment
