Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook food following Honest Mary’s recipes, preparation steps, and cooking processes to ensure consistency and quality.
• Safely and effectively operate cooking equipment such as ovens, induction burners, and rice cookers.
• Adhere to Honest Mary’s standards, as well as county health and food safety regulations.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment throughout the shift.
• Assist with receiving, storing, and organizing deliveries.
• Support the team during peak hours by following systems and processes with precision.
• Collaborate with fellow team members to ensure smooth operations and an excellent guest experience.
• Perform additional duties as needed to support the kitchen team.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a prep cook and/or line cook preferred.
• Knowledge of food safety protocols.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with others.
