Responsibilities

Customer Service

• Greet customers as they enter the shop.
• Assist customers in selecting desserts and beverages.
• Take orders accurately and efficiently.
• Answer customer inquiries about ingredients, allergens, and menu items.
• Handle customer complaints and concerns professionally and promptly.

Food Preparation

• Prepare desserts according to standard recipes and quality standards.
• Ensure all desserts are fresh and presented attractively.
• Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and notify management of any shortages.
• Follow proper food safety and hygiene practices at all times.
• Keep workstations clean and organized.

Cashier Duties

• Operate the cash register and handle cash transactions accurately.
• Process credit/debit card payments and handle electronic transactions.
• Calculate and issue accurate change to customers.
• Balance cash register at the end of each shift and report any discrepancies to management.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization at the cashier counter.

Cleaning and Maintenance

• Clean and sanitize all equipment, utensils, and surfaces regularly.
• Sweep and mop floors as needed to maintain cleanliness.
• Empty trash bins and dispose of waste properly.
• Wipe down tables, chairs, and countertops throughout the day.
