AquaSonic Car Wash in Orlando, FL is hiring for full-time and part-time roles. We’re seeking high-energy, customer-focused team players who enjoy staying active and talking with customers. No car wash experience is needed—we’ll teach you the business and help you grow with the company.

You’ll greet customers, guide vehicles into the wash, discuss Unlimited Wash Club, and earn commissions. Competitive base pay, potential to exceed $18–$22/hour with tips, plus benefits and paid training.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing roles is not required but helpful.
• Strong communication and a friendly demeanor.
• Able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable, punctual and accountable.
• Willing to learn and adapt to new tasks.
• Comfortable working outdoors and standing for extended periods.

We’re looking for positive, energetic team players who enjoy working with people, staying busy, and being part of a great team. You don't need car wash experience. We’ll teach you the business. We’re looking for the right attitude, energy, and willingness to learn.

What You’ll Do

• Greet customers with a smile and create a great experience.
• Safely guide vehicles into the wash.
• Talk with customers about our Unlimited Wash Club and earn commission.
• Keep the property, lobby, vacuums, and tunnel clean.
• Work together with your team to keep the operation running safely and efficiently.
• Bring energy, urgency, and a positive attitude every shift.

What You’ll Get

• $15/hour base + commission Our people sell at 25%+ membership to retail. Commission is $7 a car when your above 25%.

Minimum Requirements

• Must be able to stand for 8 hours
• Must be able to stand for 4-5 hours without needing a break
• Must be able to lift 50lbs
• Able to work outside in various weather conditions including but not limited to heat, rain, cold
