Job summary

AquaSonic Car Wash in Ocoee, FL is hiring energetic team members for full-time or part-time roles. You’ll greet customers, guide vehicles into the wash, and discuss our Unlimited Wash Club while earning commissions.

No experience required; we’ll teach you. Expect a busy outdoor team environment with daily opportunities to earn and advance, paid training, and benefits from day one.

AquaSonic is a fast-growing, professional car wash company building America’s Smartest Car Wash.

We’re looking for positive, energetic team players who enjoy working with people, staying busy, and being part of a great team.

You don't need car wash experience. We’ll teach you the business. We’re looking for the right attitude, energy, and willingness to learn.

What You'll Do

• Greet customers with a smile and create a great experience.
• Safely guide vehicles into the wash.
• Talk with customers about our Unlimited Wash Club and earn commission.
• Keep the property, lobby, vacuums, and tunnel clean.
• Work together with your team to keep the operation running safely and efficiently.

What You'll Get

• $15/hour base + commission Our people sell at 25%+ membership to retail. Commission is $7 a car when your above 25%.
• Most team members earn $18–$22/hour

Minimum Requirements

• Must be able to stand for 8 hours
• Must be able to stand for 4-5 hours without needing a break
• Must be able to lift 50lbs
• Able to work outside in various weather conditions including but not limited to heat, rain, cold
