Job summary

AquaSonic Car Wash, LLC in Tampa, FL is seeking a Supervisor | Future Leader to join a fast-growing team. You don't need car wash experience; we will teach you the business. Bring high energy and customer focus.

You will lead shifts, train and coach staff, ensure standards, drive sales and memberships, and act as Manager on Duty when needed.

This role offers growth into operations leadership with clear path to management and corporate leadership, plus benefits like 401(k) and PTO.

AquaSonic is a fast-growing, professional car wash company building America’s Smartest Car Wash.

We’re looking for a high-energy team player who wants more than a job. Someone who enjoys working with people, takes pride in their work, asks questions, solves problems, and wants to become a leader.

You don't need car wash experience. We can teach you the business. We are looking for the right attitude, energy, and desire to learn.

What We Offer

• $16.50/hour + commission. Growth to $18+ in 90 days and Ops Manager Position in 6 months with total comp in $60-80K range.
