Job summary

Chuze Fitness in Tucson, AZ is seeking hospitality-driven team members to warmly welcome guests, provide membership information, and lead tours of the gym. You will perform daily cleaning, assist with sign-ups and billing, support member concerns, and help with training materials and LMS updates; perks include 401k, Free CPR/First Aid, a Free Chuze Membership, and vendor discounts.

Qualifications

• CPR, First Aid, AED Training, and Food Handler Certification (if applicable).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in person and over the phone.
• Excellent team-based communication with the capacity to receive and deliver feedback.
• Strong attention to detail and multitasking skills.
• Reading, writing, and speaking English clearly; ability to lift at least 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Welcome, greet, and interact with all members, prospective members, and guests.
• Provide membership information and facilitate tours.
• Complete daily cleaning tasks and ensure gym presentation is always extraordinarily clean.
• Membership sign-ups, answering phones, point-of-sale transactions, and addressing member concerns.
• Assist with billing issues and disputes and elevate to leadership when needed.
• Regularly review and complete all training materials and LMS updates.
• Maintain knowledge and assist members with amenities, membership offerings, programs, and equipment.
• Make and serve smoothies, if applicable, ensuring they meet customer specifications.
• Attend and participate in regularly scheduled team meetings.

Job Description

Pay Range: $15.70 - $19.62 / hour

Qualifications :

Required

• CPR, First Aid, AED Training, and Food Handler Certification (if applicable)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in person and over the phone
• Excellent team-based communication with the capacity to receive and deliver feedback
• Strong attention to detail and multitasking skills
• Physical requirements:
  • Able to read, write, and speak clearly in English
  • Touring the gym: walking and climbing stairs
  • Bending, kneeling, and repetitive arm movement
  • Standing for long periods
  • Computer operations
  • Ability to lift at least 50lbs

Preferred

• High school graduate or GED
• Customer Service experience
