Arnold Magnetic Technologies is seeking a production associate for the 2nd shift on site. You will support safety, quality, and continuous improvement initiatives while performing varied production tasks.

You will work Monday-Thursday 2:30pm–1:00am, with potential overtime; you must lift up to 75 lbs with assistance and use basic hand tools. Competitive benefits accompany this role.

Responsabilidades

• Proactively look out for individual and team safety
• Provide creative/innovative ideas through problem-solving and Kaizen projects
• Voice concerns and problems to Team Leaders and help solve
• Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures and identify irregularities
• Report to work on time and be available for overtime as needed
• Communicate with Team and Leaders to maintain smooth workflow
• Apply sound problem-solving to ensure high quality for customers
• Work at different stations and gain proficiency in all processes

• Voice concerns and problem areas to Team Leaders, and help solve the problem
• Maintain a strict adherence to the Standard Operating Procedures, thereby clearly identifying irregularities that may cause damage or inefficiency and prescribing corrective measures to improve these processes
• Report to work station prepared to work at beginning of shift, and the ability to work overtime, as needed.
• Communicate with Team and Team Leaders to help continuous flow
• Apply sound problem-solving skills in order to maintain a high standard of quality to our customers
• Work at different work stations as production needs require, and be able to gain proficiency in all processes in a reasonable amount of time per instructions/training provided

SHIFTS

• 2nd shift Monday - Thursday 2:30pm to 1:00am
• Training must occur on 1st shift

PAY

• $20.25/hour plus shift differential of $2.00/hour totaling $22.50 once on 2nd shift
